Dana Gabrione

Dana Gabrione joined M&O Companies in 2023 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She brings a well-rounded background in finance and operations, rooted in a career that began as an auditor. Before joining M&O Companies, Dana held key positions including Accounting Manager and Performance Improvement Manager, where she led initiatives to streamline operations, enhance financial strategy, and improve organizational efficiency.

Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Her academic and professional background has positioned her as a trusted financial leader within the organization.

Outside of the office, Dana is a proud mother of two and finds immense joy in being a dedicated football and baseball mom. She is a strong advocate for work-life balance and deeply values quality time with family and friends. Her ability to blend professional focus with personal fulfillment reflects the integrity and commitment she brings to every aspect of her life.
