Curtis Buckland joined M&O in 2020 and was trained by his lifelong friend and mentor, Eric Dudzinski, bringing fresh energy and expertise to the team. Prior to M&O, Curtis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Professional Sales from Salisbury University, establishing a strong foundation for his career in the industry.
Curtis has cultivated a variety of experiences as both a project manager and estimator, demonstrating versatility across multiple aspects of the business. His entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills were instrumental in helping to open the service line in four other markets on the east coast, showcasing his ability to drive growth and expansion.
Outside of M&O, Curtis enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Carley, and his two children, Sofia and Dawson. He finds joy in summer days at the pool, golfing, and coaching his kids as they grow and develop their own interests.
