DAN SCHUMAN

Dan Schuman is Vice President of the M&O Companies and for over 38 years has helped hundreds of customers with their environmental and specialty insulation needs. Dan has a wide range of experience and knowledge of construction and has worked extensively in the commercial and industrial markets in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Dan has built a solid reputation in the industry and enjoys relationships with people both inside and outside the company. He specializes in planning multiple projects concurrently and has skill in developing business opportunities, estimating, sales, project management and safety. Dan has demonstrated a level of consistent results each year by taking care of people and customers first.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing at Governors State University. He holds several certifications and licenses relating to the Insulation and abatement industries. He is an NIA Certified Insulation Energy Appraiser, IDPH, IDEM and Michigan Licensed Asbestos Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor, along with several OSHA and site-specific safety training. He also holds industry affiliations with the Chief Engineers Association of Chicagoland and is current Director of the Illinois Environmental Contractors Association.

In his free time, Dan enjoys golf, bible study, hockey, and traveling to Florida and Michigan to spend time with family.
